Dr Zak's are the people behind the UK's first high protein bread and pasta aimed at the exercise and fitness industry. In just over a year these have become firm favourites amongst legions of gym goers, from the most casual to the hardcore and even sit pride of place in the diets and nutritional plans of world class athletes including Olympians, rugby players and footballers.
The brand is the brainchild of Dr Zak Pallikaros, a Phd holder who turned his back on a career in pharmacy to become one of the UK's most celebrated bodybuilders. He's been busy and he's not stopping there. Dr Zak's is constantly developing exciting new products and will soon be adding new products to our range.
